So,...I rounded a corner or two

never looking back, movin' on

remisniscing not my style

I'm out for forever time

said, "you'll be sorry'

somewhere down the line

a smile said, 'NO'

so sorry I was right

somewhere down the line

again I made my mark

earned my place in life

killin' time

so now I'm just killin' time

a Scotch on the rocks

feelin' so right

do I think about her

sometimes, somewhere

not often

on this road

waiting for me

looking for shelter

for some warm hay
