Long and winding road

so, he's sitting there in in his chair

looking out and back at that road he has taken

wondering, what life can be, what it still has in store for him

at the end on this forever long and winding road life is

crossing into sentiments, boundries, crossing into

a mind experienced  and satisfied, with what life's

put out for him, it will not always be rewarding

it will disagree with every aspect of its and your being

he knows it has been a long and sometimes exhausting journey

in the undertaking, taking him to every aspect of life he wanted to see

feel and deal with, he travelled all the roads he could find multiple times

he won't say it gave him the wisdom of a godly mind, 'cause somewhere down the line

he still makes the mistakes of the human kind, all he can say, he's satisfied at where he is at

as his journey, however has not yet come to an end, he knows he will be in awe what life

can still offer him and if it it wants to take away again, as that's what life does now and then.
