Chasing love

stop chasing dreams that will never satisfy

stop chasing the reasons and answers of a lie

stop chasing a love that has no truth to build on

and will never thrive or comply

Love Story

 no more reasons to cry, no more years to go by

no more words to say in pain, no more anger to remain

no more lessons to be learned, no more reasons to stay

so,...if you're out there planning your next move

it might be a good time to reflect on what your causing  

when you do

we've come to where a Love story's a Love Story

'no way ' so let us talk, wish each other well and 

let this exchange of words, find its peace in the valleys 

of our soul where only sanity is the way

but if you're still out there planning your next move

not reflecting at what you do, think it through let this 

barrage of words

find a way to seize in our valleys of reason

where we say goodbye and walk away to where

solitude will become our best friend for many a day

Sometimes

 

sometimes we love, sometimes we don't

sometimes there's a clock, we don't look

it has rules, sometimes we accept

somtimes not

sometimes we just don't want to know

when controll knocks at your door

when your freedom hangs in the balance

without a word

when life holds you ransom, a new spirit arrives

with the word go

and ev'rybody has an agenda filled with reasons

yet a freedom must not result in a destruction

some think its the only way, they're not the ones

worried about a freedom where rules pave the way

though we're with our backs against the wall

we remain civil and abide the law

sometimes we love, sometimes we don't

sometimes we believe and sometimes we won't
