Space an' peace

he sits in his chair in his silence

wondering what the world's about

to bring him in his solitude

he knows it might be very little

but in life it's the little things not

the grand gestures that count

they will take you further up your mountain

of progress than anything else in life that will be around

solitude is not an hindrance it is a way to grow in your

spiritual existence

it will bring and give you your so much needed

space an' peace a peace each and every man in

his life needs

Still wondering

sitting here, remeniscing

wondering what life's

all about

when no one's around

no one walking about

wondering, was it fun

was it troublesome

wondering, wondering

what went wrong

but I love life

the sound of children

the beauty of a sky

a sun going down

a quiet night

and

its morning sunrise

so still

I'm sitting here

wondering

what the essence of life is

I know, I don't know

all the don't knows 

and why's

but what I do know is

it was worthwhile

my wondering

and

wondering why

Survival

sitting here in this field

where the green has no say

wondering why the sun

is shining

in its deplorable grey

guessing midday will come

soon

as my morning

is still so far away

I will walk

of into its dessert

where life

can be a living hell

in decay

knowing it will be a while

and I won't give in

'cause 

life again has come out

and invited me to play

as I am

only one day away

from starting out

for that new life

that's waiting outside

this world of violence

I will always be

the one

that will take on

the odds

so

when you see me

walking down that road

of survival

almost dead to the world

with a smile on my face

you will know

what I've done

and

when called upon

will do again

all the good things inside of you yet
the best thing in you, you didn't leave
the best thing in you is you and me

and you must go, as you must, you must
go, you have my trust, go to that place in
time, live there for a while spend some
time on yourself, resting your weary mind

as I know you worry a lot, to where we are
and...are not, and you will be gone for some
time, walking the earth somewhere, with me
wondering , what you're doing so far away
in exile

and I'll never know the reason 'why' and yet...
I'll never need to, 'cause you're coming back
all smiles, having made up your mind, about
all that it is you desire

'cause whatever you do, I will always be
that what it is you need and...
I know you do

Blessed

I found her by the side of the road waitin',
givin' me the eye wondering what life with
or without me would be like, she then offered
me her lips offered me her soul with...a promise
inside

now she's my heaven, its angel eyes leavin' me no
other option but to smile, an' yes I've been around
for many a while doin' things even angel eyes wouldn't
like but when I met her a change came overnight

an' now I'm wondering why I'm so blessed with this
woman offering me her lips  offering me her soul, as
did I, an' yes she's my heaven, its angel eyes, I found
her waitin' for me, wondering what life with or without
me would be like
